BUSINESS COMMUNICATION



1.      What is communication?
       
Communication is Two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which participants not only exchange (encode-decode) information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share meaning. In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places. In business, it is a key function of management organization cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees. See also communications. 

2.   What is business ?
Business is an organization or economic system where goods and services are exchanged for one another or for money. Every business requires some form of investment and enough customers to whom its output can be sold on a consistent basis in order to make a profit. Businesses can be privately owned, not-for-profit or state-owned. 

3.     What is communication business?
                                        
The sharing of information between people within an enterprise that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organization. In addition, business communication can also refer to how a company shares information to promote its product or services to potential consumers.

4.    Draw a circle of good communication according to your opinion and explain briefly!






The explanation : 
the good communication when the sender sends a message to thereceiver. The sender sends a encode and the receiver to find some meanings and decode. The receiver send feedback to sender.
